This position - Service Coordinator ? is part of our Service Delivery Department and supports the aspects of our business that affect our customers? experiences with our services. This department looks after our contractors, offers specialized care for our top customers, is responsible for maintaining supply levels, and manages the quality of our products .We are looking for a "number cruncher" that not only has the ability to understand the intricacies of the relationship between metrics and our business but also has the ability and patience to help people who don?t ?love the numbers? be motivated by them.

 

Currently we operate a distinguished psychic reading service and an up-scale gay men?s chat line.  We have been in business for over 17 years.  Our psychic reading service, Psychic Source, offers the services of about 130 independent contractors to our customers. These talented folks (astrologers, numerologists, clairvoyants, etc.) all work from home, and talk directly with our customers via our telephony software application. Our psychic contractors are the heart of our psychic reading service. Our gay men?s chat line allows men to connect anonymously with others in their area through our messaging and chat telephony software application.
