Service Coordinator - Dallas

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Service Coordinator for our Dallas (Carrollton, TX) office. As a Service Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to practice your outstanding customer service skills, while working closely with our Account Coordinators from our dynamic Sales division. In this role, you will coordinate all furniture, utilities and maintenance duties prior to tenant move-ins.
Job Requirements:

- At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a hotel or apartment management capacity.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Skilled in negotiating and problem solving.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
