Responsible for answering incoming service calls, scheduling & dispatching technicians. Entering service calls, contact information & other pertinent data for invoicing into computer system. Assisting with calls & parts orders to enable a steady flow of work. Assist service managers with parts ordering, quotes, scheduling of projects & customer assistance. Fast paced environment. Excellent computer skills and an attention for detail a plus.Full benefits including 401K.
