Service Parts Representative

This Service Parts Representative position will include the use of a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls, key in orders, and assist in determining part numbers. The duties may include, but not limited to: sending out missing parts and owner's manuals, provide price and product availability, perform customer file maintenance, set up account numbers, provide illustrated parts list, handle specific accounts, track shipments, key in updates to annual parts price book, update and distribute parts reference sheets, and review and issue credit on returns.

High school diploma/GED required. Must have at least one year of related experience. Must be willing to submit to a drug screen. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, circumference, and volume. Must have computer skills, such as: Internet software, E-Mail, Word processing, and Excel.
