Staffmark is currently hiring for a Service Reporting Analyst for a client located in North Austin. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience dealing with reporting, and great customer service skills. Normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Responsible for weekly and monthly reports
*Work with the client's service management system to analyze product performance and quality as well as service performance
*Generate Excel and Powerpoint Scorecard charts for Management team
*Analyze chronic product or service problems and help to focus the organization on this to solve these issues for a continuous improvement in service performance

REQUIREMENTS:
~Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Formulas (e.g. 'VLookup', 'When, If, than', etc.) and Excel Pivot Tables
~Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Powerpoint
~Process orientated thinking
~Good team approach and communication skills
~Customer Service experience
~Great analytical skills
