Who is our ideal candidate?
Ideal candidate must have the following skills:
* High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
* Must hold NASD Series 6 Certification, Series 7 preferred.
* Must have at least one year of customer service experience; 2+ years in financial services a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What are the job responsibilities?
Shareholder & Broker Dealer Services department is looking for quality Representatives to provide value-added service and support to institutional and retail Mutual Fund clients within a fast-paced and dynamic financial services team environment.

Responsibilities Include: Provide Customer Service, Operational Liaison and Sales/Business Development support to a variety of internal and external customers. Representatives are responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with national Broker/Dealers and the retail Mutual Fund community, in order to retain customers, build assets and increase profitability.

Serve as liaison between Internal Sales and Transfer Agent inquiries for product and procedural information. Research and resolution of issues and discrepancies relating to operational transaction processing, compliance and regulatory issues, and service needs.

Skills: Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Requires attention to detail for communicating accurate and complete transaction instructions regarding client account activity. Respond to telephone inquiries from internal and external customers including Registered Representatives regarding Mutual Fund trades, account status, account changes and/or the account transfer process. Acts as a liaison between customers, representatives and institutions including banks and clearing firms. Perform various account calculations and/or reconciliation.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements: Position requires a Series 6, preferably a Series 7 license. Position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment: 2+ years in financial services preferred. Requires a strong customer and team results orientation.

Competitive Salary $32-38k based on experience.
