Shipping/Facilities Coordinator

Goldleaf Financial Solutions (www.goldleaf.com) is seeking a Shipping/Facilities Coordinator to fulfill mail, shipping and facility requests as required. Additionally, the incumbent will backup the Receptionist position for lunch breaks and vacation/time off circumstances.

Duties/Responsibilities

? All mail and shipping services for internal and external customers, including but not limited to making sure all daily mail is available and distributed to the office personnel and operation of all mailroom machines, including postage machine, UPS/FedEx labeling machine, folding and inserting machine, etc.

? Picking up and dropping off mail from the U.S. Post Office.

? Assemble/wrap marketing materials and prepare for shipping/mailing

? Assemble special pitch kits and other salesforce requests, when necessary

? Handle fulfillment and billing of all bank supply requests, as necessary

? Deliver supplies and mail delivered to front desk to the recipient

? Responsible for receiving all products and supplies into software program

? Provide general facility support for duties including but not limited to moving file cabinets and other furniture, hanging pictures and fulfilling other internal maintenance requests that are not Property Management responsibilities.

? Provide backup for Reception for lunch and other time off.

? Other duties as assigned

 

Skills/ Requirements

? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

? Ability to multi-task several projects or demands

? Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize

? Excellent customer service orientation

? Comfort with repetitive work

? Ability to work well in a team environment

Must have a valid driver's license

 

Education

High School education or applicable work experience
