Show/Ticket Room Manager - Box Office

Local casino is looking for a show/ticket room manager. Minimum of 1 year experience as a show/ticket room manager. Duties include management of showroom to include weekly box office staffing and scheduling of manpower for ticket sales, tour and golf sales, special events, and ushers in the theater. Keeps staff updated on a daily basis of changes in procedure, additional procedures, and hotel policy and memos monitoring compliance. Production of reports and audits for all events that require ticketing. Processing of on-line ticket orders, record sales of gift certificates, maintain contact with accounting, marketing wholesalers, groups, golf & tour companies. Oversee the showroom in general & management of seating the guests. Complete purchase orders for supplies, equipment, ticket stock and mailing of equipment for repairs. Keep phone recordings updated for shows and special events. Must be proficient in Word, Excel. If have experience with Kronos Payroll system, BOCA printing system that is a plus. Position may involve extended periods of sitting and or walking.
