Showroom Administrator
In this position, you will provide critical administrative support to the showroom, which includes the accurate and timely processing of orders from the review of orders through delivery. Also processes payments, assists with inventories and serves as a contact for merchandise and service issues.
Qualifications include 2 years of customer service experience. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as strong computer skills. Must also have the demonstrated ability to communicate and handle customer service issues in an unbiased manner. Microsoft word and excel experience highly desired. Experience in Accounting and/or in the design/furniture industry a plus.
