Site Supervisor: Customer Service, Copy and Mail Services

Come join our professional outsourcing team! IKON Office Solutions currently has an opening for a Site Supervisor to work at a site in Red Hook, NY. This position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day supervision and management of site employees and workflow processes. The Site Supervisor is a working team leader and will perform front-end production tasks as needed.

Primary Duties include:
? Providing outstanding customer service via the phone or in person
? Copy job production and finishing as needed
? Scheduling jobs and ensuring they meet quality standards and deadline requirements.
? Preparation of site reports and paperwork
? Accountability for contract compliance

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and take initiative. Must be a team player. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. This position may require driving.
