Site Supervisor - Orlando, FL

IKON currently has an opening for a Site Supervisor to work at a high volume, fast paced customer site in Orlando.  This position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day supervision and management of site employees and workflow processes.  The Site Supervisor is a working team leader and will perform front-end production tasks as needed.

Primary Duties include:
?  Providing outstanding customer service via the phone or in person
.  Copy job production and finishing as needed
?  Scheduling jobs and ensuring they meet quality standards and deadline requirements. 
?  Preparation of site reports and paperwork
?  Accountability for contract compliance
.  Meeting profit objectives
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
.  Ability to multitask and take initiative
.  Must have computer skills
.  Must be a team player

Ideal candidate will have high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous copy center experience preferred. Requires valid, violation-free driver's license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per IKON Office Solutions policy.
Must be able to work between the hours of 7AM-9PM and be flexible to work weekends/holidays as needed.
