Our Revenue Cycle Management Department has an immediate opening for an experienced and knowledgeable Sr. Administrative Assistant for our Regional office in Renton, WA. This position offers the opportunity to learn new skills and grow professionally while working in a collaborative, team environment. The Sr. Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to Revenue Cycle Management and others as assigned. In collaboration with others, this position assists in meeting regional goals and objectives and represents the Washington Region in a positive and professional manner. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant confers with Health System and Region executives and staff, personnel in other health systems, government representatives, and others to collect and exchange information schedules meetings and appointments composes and edits correspondence and other documents performs research, reference, and information processing activities prepares presentation materials, including charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and Powerpoint slides and establishes and maintains professional relationships with contacts both within and outside of the Health System.


Required Skills:
We are looking for motivated candidates with at least two years of administrative experience supporting multiple people. A high school diploma is required. A bachelors degree is preferred.
