Who is our ideal candidate?
We are looking for a highly motivated brokerage professional to join our trade desk to provide a superior level of service to ING Financial Advisers registered representatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of urgency, a commitment to customer satisfaction and knowledge of Financial Services products.

What are the job responsibilities?
Responsibilities for this position are to provide professional, reliable and prompt service to producers via phone interaction and email requests. This includes establishing new accounts, ensuring all necessary documents are on file for clients. Maintain accurate and complete data on existing client files via the Order Entry System. Pocesses requests accurately and within committed turnaround times. Researches and resolves inquiries from registered representatives regarding account status, account changes and/or the account transfer process. Acts as a liaison between representatives and institutions including mutual fund providers and clearing firms. Uses Producer Administration Information System (PAIS) to log, research and track requests. Requirements include experience working with a team that has production and service responsibilities. Able to juggle small projects and complex requests with day to day activity. Experience working with field personnel and multiple distribution sources (advisors, agents, brokers, wholesalers and back offices of product manufacturer's).

What else can we tell you?
Overtime may be required to address peaks in demand. On the job training, mentoring and formal training provided. Experience working in a broker/dealer preferred. Series 7 and 24 are required. Series 65 and 53 are also required or need to be obtained within 6 months of hire. This position will be on a regular 5 day 40 hour work schedule.
