Sr. BMO Analyst

Sr. BMO Analyst Description: Fast growth and nationally renown best place to work company seeks a Senior Business Management Office (BMO) Analyst to function as the billing and delivery information flow liaison between the Global Services Delivery Operations team and the Corporate Finance teams.

This Analyst serves as the primary contact for the Global Services delivery team for Booking, Billing and Backlog, and is responsible for providing sufficient documentation on a timely basis to corporate Finance for PS billing and revenue recognition to ensure compliance with corporate policies and standard accounting principles. Additionally, this role is instrumental in the identification and resolution of billing and backlog issues.
Specific Responsibilities: o Review new professional services orders to ensure non-standard orders are booked in accordance with the agreed upon terms o Provides timely delivery information to the Corporate Finance team for all standard and non-standard engagements - to support the Finance team's invoicing and revenue recognition functions via email, phone calls and reports o Ensures scheduled and delivered billable services are booked and invoiced in the Oracle ERP system (maintain non-standard billing tracking schedule) o Coordinate with Sales Operations and Finance Order Administration to resolve unbooked PS orders o Support Global Services Delivery team with general backlog management and change order administration / o Lead status review meetings with delivery management teams / o Maintain backlogged order status updates / o Reconcile delivered and recognized revenue for non-standard orders / o Researches transactional and operational issues as required / o Maintain electronic document repository and supporting tracking schedules.

Requirements:
The Senior BMO Analyst must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, intermediate/advanced software application skills, including; MS Excel, MS Outlook and Oracle 11i, quick to learn internal software applications, strong business process skills, attentive to details, work independently with moderate supervision, 3-5 years of contract administration or operational accounting experience in a software, services or technology environment is a plus.

Must be able to pass a 7 year felony and misdemeanor check.
