Work Schedule:  Monday through Friday

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of banking or customer service experience.
Working knowledge of commercial loan operations and administration.
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities

You will provide a high-level of administrative support to commercial real estate colleagues and assist with the resolution of customer account issues.  You will assist with customer loan research, foreign and domestic wires, deposit problems, loan processing, loan tracking (including funding), stop payments, internal transfers, opening and closing of accounts, initiating and rolling-over of investments as needed.  You will also be responsible for reviewing loan documentation, preparing internal bank forms, to ensure all loans are closed in accordance with appropriate ?Terms and Conditions?.  You will maintain documentation to ensure all compliance with audit requirements.
