Sr Sales Operations Analyst

Position will be responsible for sales reporting and incentive compensation for the Anesthesia and Critical Care Oncology business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Gathering data from multiple sources including IMS data feeds, Brio and various other databases to create monthly sales reports and commission related files. Balancing various levels of reports for field and senior managementAnalyze complex data and determine cause and affects Create trending reports and model commission payout scenariosWork with senior management to develop sales team incentive compensation plans Develop and model commission payout matrixes.Assist in creating annual territory level budgetsWork with IT to coordinate programming and testing of incentive systemsBalance incentive payments to sales data and pay commissionsResolve sales team inquiries on sales and incentive compensation issuesDevelop ad hoc reports and analysis



Qualifications


Strong Microsoft Access skills, for developing databases and analyzing data. Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing data, building logic into spreadsheets. Experience with Incentive Systems helpful. Visual Basic programming a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Analytical. Ability to work in ambiguous environment. Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
