Primary responsibilities include:



Providing administrative support to the Underwriting department


Ensuring accurate census data and researching missing information


Assisting in running renewal information reports


Meeting quality standards and helping the team achieve their production goals 



Strong computer skills (including Excel and Access) are needed for this position, along with a positive team-oriented outlook. Knowledge of the healthcare industry/terminology is a plus.
