Responsibilities:

Manage Staffing Specialist, as well as all aspects of job placements and inside sales which include the following:

 Recruiting, interviewing and placing candidates in open positions generated by sales team.  Will also include taking job orders directly from clients and filling orders with the most qualified candidate.

?Assist in generating new job orders by cold calling, skill marketing and other inside sales techniques. Manage recruiting and hiring process. Responsible for direct recruiting candidates, managing client searches, and researching clients/industry segments.  Involved in direct sourcing, networking and name generation. Attending sales meetings and client visits with sales team as needed. Coordinate submittals of candidates, monitor interview process, and follow-up on final candidate selection with client. Offer constant availability and excellent customer service to all clients and associates. Administer orientations, candidate specific software testing and reference checks Manage recruiting staff, as well as coach and train when necessary Maintain recruiting plans Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting Assist with data entry, accounting, payroll, insurance and administrative duties as needed.



 

Requirements:4+yrs in Recruiting/Staffing ? clerical and customer service positions a must Bachelor?s degree preferred Excellent follow up, customer service and communication skills Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Type 45+wpm Proven success in management with ?hands-on? experience Detail oriented and a multi-tasker Ability to handle fast paced, deadline driven, competitive industry
