Staffing / Credentialing Coordinator

Rapidly expanding healthcare staffing firm located in Southern NH/Mass border is seeking a smart and dynamic Staffing Coordinator / Credentialing Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team.

 

We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented individual. Successful candidate must be able to juggle frequently changing priorities and be accustomed to multi-tasking in a high volume, deadline driven administrative role. We are looking for someone who enjoys people and will thrive in a friendly team-oriented environment.

 

Strong organizational skills are a must for this position. The ideal candidate will also be procedure oriented with good communication & follow up skills & be able to manage a large workload.  It?s important that the individual be able to consistently portray a professional and positive attitude while working under tight deadlines. Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet necessary.

 

Your job responsibilities will include:
Extensive contact with healthcare professionals that will be taking short term assignments to cover medical documentation and employment forms required for their assignments; with continued follow up to obtain by needed deadlines 
Drug Testing & Skills Competency administration
Daily updating of credentialing status reports
Maintaining credential database
Ensure quality assurance
Other administrative tasks as related to this position

 

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years office experience in similar staffing or customer service related field
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to accomplish many detail oriented tasks simultaneously
Team oriented
Staffing industry experience a plus
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email and Internet
