Staffing Manager

Snelling Personnel is a full service staffing agency providing Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Career opportunities with the best companies in Denver.  We are located right in the heart of the Denver Tech Center right off of Belleview and I-25.  We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, individual to join our fun and busy office as a Staffing Manager!  Staffing experience is not required but a strong work ethic and outgoing personality are.   

 

This position is a full-time salaried position and offers the opportunity to learn the staffing industry. The Staffing Manager is responsible for filling open positions as well as following up on new business. This position also involves many human resources functions for various employees. This is a full-time position and will require a flexible schedule and the ability to work Monday ? Friday 8:00am ? 5:00 or 6:00 pm. There is occasional weekend work as well but very, very minimal. 

 

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

~Scheduling interviews

~Interviewing new employees

~Checking new employee references

~Administering new hire orientation

~Taking job orders

~Creating and posting job descriptions

~Sourcing resumes

~Drafting contracts for new clients

~General clerical duties

  *Faxing, filing, and copying documents

  *Data entry of new hire paperwork

Requirements:

~Strong attention to detail

~Strong problem solving abilities

~Ability to learn quickly

~Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills

~Desire to work in a small office

~Strong work ethic

~Ability to think on your feet

~Minimum typing speed of 45wpm.

~This is a professional work environment so professional dress and demeanor is required.

~A drug and background check will be administered.
