Local Fortune 100 Company located in Woonsocket, RI seeking a Store Setup Assistant to assist with the scheduling of Merchandisers with a retail store chain.

Responsibilities Include:
-Assigning/Scheduling 70 Crews (1100 Merchandisers) nationwide to various retail stores
-Database management
-Recording schedules on a hotline for merchandisers to retrieve
-Communicating with vendors/merchandisers to resolve any issues.
-Multilists/ gathering information necessary to assist with the schedules
-Various clerical duties

Requirements:
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate professionally to all levels
-Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
-1-3 Years Previous Administrative/Scheduling experience.
