MPI has an immediate opening for a Strategic Partnership Coordinator.  This individual will support the solicitation and development of sponsorships and partnerships while assisting with departmental administrative functions.  Primary responsibilities will include various administrative support duties such as maintaining the client database, collateral material inventory, and filing system; initiating and tracking invoices, payments and contracts; ensuring timely postings of partnership opportunities on our website; coordinating new prospect efforts; delivering sponsor benefits and managing client mailings; and providing excellent customer service and follow-up to partners and sponsors. 

 

Successful candidate will be a high caliber performer with a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, plus the ability to manage multiple projects and the ability to be a strong team player are required.  Qualified applicants must posses at least a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), at least five years of administrative experience in a fundraising, sales, marketing, and/or partnership capacity, and advanced computer proficiency.  A college degree and association experience are preferred.
