JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Supervises workload distribution of Provider Enrollment Business Analysts and Clerk

? Act as subject matter expert for Provider Enrollment team

? Coordinate with Provider Outreach/Trainers to ensure provider enrollment materials are up-to-date and accurate

? Accepts, processes applications, and enrolls Providers as MassHealth Providers via Customer Web Portal and hard-copy

? Updates enrollment and credentialing protocols based on recommendations from EOHHS

? Processes all applications within the EOHHS timeliness requirements

? Tracks applications electronically and reviews all application packages submitted by Provider applications and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the applications

? Utilizes automated credentialing tools as applicable

? Ensures that all MassHealth application are processed to completion error-free

? Ensures that all MassHealth Provider files contain accurate and timely data

? Provides application training for all Provider types to support the recruitment of new Providers into the program

? Completes site visits, when necessary, to validate submitted application data

? Maintains accurate records of all Provider visits, workshops, association meetings, telephone calls, and recruitment visits

? Communicates with Providers on enrollment, credentialing, and certification issues

? Provides a high level of service to both internal and external customers

? Participates in setting and meeting department goals

? Participates in special projects as needed

? Performs other duties as may be assigned by Management

 

REQUISITE SKILLS:

? College Degree or equivalent work experience 

? Prior supervisory experience  

? Experience in credentialing providers preferred

? Experience in a client facing or consultative environment is a plus but not required

? Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced production environment

? Ability to demonstrate a commitment to excellence, communication skills and follow-through.
