Supporting Services Processor 1

Description:
Responsible for performing the core functions of one or more service areas within Supporting Services. Responsibilities relate to the timeliness and quality of team deliverables, as well as contributing to team goals and objectives.
Manager will provide associates with specifics for their service area(s).

Specific Accountabilities
Learn and develop a working knowledge of all the processes associated with the core functions of the service area(s).
Uphold quality standards while completing tasks with limited or no supervision.
Complete work in a timely manner by planning, prioritizing, and adjusting as needed.
Understand desired results including best practices, quality standards, customer impact, etc.
Interact professionally with internal customers, vendors, and team members regarding processes, best practices, problems, etc.
Understand impact of ones role within the team and contribute appropriately.
Work with team to identify and implement process improvements.

Conditions
Light Industrial.
Some roles may have lifting requirements up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Required
High School Graduate
1-2 years experience in related role preferred.

Knowledge Base Required
Good organizational skills.
Good quality focus.
Ability to multi-task.
Technical aptitude (computers and/or equipment)

Technical Competencies and Skills Required
Basic computer knowledge.
Some roles may require a valid driver s license and good safety record.
