International employee survey firm located in Greenville, SC for over 40 years seeks well-spoken person with cheerful manner to serve as Survey Project Coordinator and Receptionist. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and preparing all survey materials from questionnaire preparation to final reporting; assisting Project Managers with creation of charts, graphs, and supporting report materials; general office and reception duties; maintaining office records. Requirements include typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate would have an excellent speaking voice and phone manner in English and at least one other language; fluency in Spanish a plus. College degree preferred. Potential for advancement.
