Job Responsibilities:

Deliver faxes, copy jobs, pick up job requests and/or mail in a timely manner.
Communicate on a timely basis with clients and managers on job or deadline issues.
Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
Perform quality check on jobs completed.
Perform other duties as needed.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months office service experience.
Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment.
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Expect to be on their feet for most of the shift.
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
