T-OT-Office/Admin Supv Mgr

Officeteam is recruiting on behalf of a local nonprofit organization specializing in international public health. This organization is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide assistance to the Director and Associate Director. Duties include, but are not limited to, supervise and manage the administrative/research support staff, handle staff calendars, appointment and meeting scheduling for the Director and Associate Director, draft correspondence and reports as requested, assist in tracking all work assignments for staff ~ including the percentage effort on projects and available time, provide training and mentoring assistance to newly hired staff as well as junior level administrative and project support staff, and assist the Director in the review of Department/ Division budgets. The ideal candidate should be able to manage a high volume work-flow efficiently and with minimul supervision. Qualifications :
4 year degree required. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of executive administrative experience and 3 years of supervisory administrative experience. All qualified candidates will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills. Budget monitoring skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook is required. Skills must match all requirements ~ serious inquiries only. Please go to
