T-OT-Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Booming East Valley General Contracting Company is looking for a Temporary-to-Full Time Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be answering 8 incoming phone lines, and will also be performing light filing. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
The target candidate must possess a minimum of 1 year front desk receptionist, with the ability to handle a multi-line phone system. This candidate must also have experience using MS office suite at a basic level.
