TEMP TO HIRE **Recruiting Assistant**

Our Parsippany branch is looking for a Recruiting Assistant on a temp to hire basis. For the right candidate we will be looking to fully train and hire as an internal Associate Agent. Please see both job descriptions below.

As a Recruiting Assistant you will be assisting the agents and branch manager with administrative functions such as sourcing candidate resumes, calling candidates, phone screening candidates, meeting and greeting candidates, entering applications, and payroll.

This position is Monday through Friday from 9am - 4:30pm.

For the right candidate we will be fully training and hiring internally as an Associate Agent. An Assoc. Agent works with both Clients and Talent to identify employment needs and priorities and provide solutions that meet and exceed expectations. Assoc. Agents consultatively sell Randstad's staffing solutions to client and prospect companies by building and managing those relationships for business development purposes. They also recruit, interview, coach and develop Talent for whom they find appropriate positions. Assoc. Agents are committed to delivering a high level of service to our Talent, our Clients and their colleagues.

The Associate Agent position is also Monday - Friday and will be working within the hours of 8-5:30pm.

The ideal candidate would be someone looking to get into HR or Sales. No experience is needed, this is an entry-level position and requires 0-2 years of business experience.
