(Tax Accountant) Implementation Service Representative

The InSource Implementation Service Representative is responsible for working with the InSource Implementation Services team to delivery tax software services that relate to the implementation of InSource income tax products to corporate tax customers. This service will include but is not limited to understanding specific client needs, assist in designing program settings to meet those needs with regard to accessing, housing data, and reporting data, as well as troubleshooting any issues that might arise during a product implementation. The InSource Implementation Services Representative will work with the Implementation Manager to determine the level of implementation required by the client for there tax software needs.

 

While this position is located in our Carrollton facility this position requires minimal supervision and may require overnight travel as well as evening and weekend hours during certain months of the year. This position is not limited to normal office hours and will be responsible for assisting with scheduling required to complete the assignments.

 Designs, prepares and formats moderately reports and composes correspondence using packages such as Excel, Work and Power Point. Content is often confidential and sensitiveProvides general coordination for office area Sets up and maintains filesUnder general direction, performs special projects, which may include analysis of data, finding necessary resources, and making recommendationsTracks department budget, monitoring and reporting variances to manager. Processes invoices and expense reports for department

 

Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree required Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and within urgent timelines. Must be able to demonstrate their ability to conduct small and large group training, product demonstrations and other presentations.Proficient in office automation systems such Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office products Working knowledge of Microsoft and other operating environments identified
