Team Leader

Team Leader CGI, an international IT and managed services organization, has an opening in Albany, NY for a Team Leader, as part of a large business processing outsourcing contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Team Leader will be responsible for servicing Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Contracts for a portfolio of multi-family dwelling units in accordance with performance based contract administration requirements promulgated by HUD. General responsibilities include portfolio management, customer relations, and operations management. In addition, the Team Leader will assume management of reporting responsibility for the core activities performed in the assigned territory for both central and local processing that occurs in the NY State contract. The salary range for this position is $41,000 - $47,000.
