Team Member, Vehicle Reacquisition & Remarketing

Dallas based service company?s continued growth has resulted in the need for a Vehicle Reacquisition & Remarketing team member to support its automotive clients. We seek candidates having experience within the areas of titling, remarketing/disposal, transportation coordination, collections and customer service. Automotive industry preferred.

The service account representative will gain experience in many areas within the company. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, accountable to their work, goal oriented, team players, organized, and have strong customer service skills. Must be flexible, able to think out of the box, pull from all resources to solve issues, communicate easily and quickly.



Primary Responsibilities:

 Prepare necessary paperwork for automotive manufacturer, vehicle owner, dealer, and financial institution to buyback vehicle in accordance with State Lemon Law guidelines.

 Arrange and track repair of buyback vehicle with authorized repair facility, and coordinate transportation to designated auction. 

 Obtain vehicle title and disclosure documents and process in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.

 

? Complete necessary paperwork to submit sales tax refund request to state agencies on behalf of manufacturers.

 

? Must be able to organize and prioritize daily case work load in order to complete responsibilities with accuracy and proficiency.

 

 

?  Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, customers, and other team members.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

 

 

Skill Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communications skills (3-5 years).

Experience within the areas of titling, remarketing/disposal, transportation coordination, collections and/or customer service (3-5 years).

 Highly organized, excellent project management skills, and able to work with minimal supervision (3-5 years).

 Previous customer service operations experience (3-5 years).

 Strong desktop computer skills, (Lotus Notes, Excel, Word) (3-5 years).

 Ability to solve day-to-day problems and address normal business issues (3-5 years).

 Ability to maintain a professional customer service based relationship with clients, customers and follow team members (3-5 years).

Education Requirements:Associates Degree or higher education from an accredited institution preferred.
