Under general supervision the selected individual will assist in the preparation of technical reports, memorandums, letters, brochures, etc and provide technical writing support services. These services may include:


1.  Technical writing and editing of project related materials, as well as input on graphic design. 


2.  Provide writing, editing, and production support to develop and maintain reports, project related information, etc.  Implement all corporate standards in the preparation of this material.


3.  Review and proofread project related reports, letters, memorandums, materials, etc.


4.  Assists the project managers in various administrative requirements on miscellaneous projects.


5.  Assist with file maintenance in hard/soft copy and with other media such as the intranet.


6.  Provide Document Control services.


7.  Ensure that all administrative work is processed and completed in a timely and efficient manner.


8.  Execute other assigned duties to support the project team. 


 

Requirements:



Qualified candidates should have a B.S. in Business Administration or equivalent plus 5 yrs minimum experience preferably working in an architectural, engineering or construction environment. An A.A. degree with comparable experience is the desired minimum.Excellent  skills with written and verbal communications are required, including but not limited to the following: the ability to take meeting minutes, drafting reports, and editing documents for spelling, grammar and punctuation. The ability to understand and respond to client requirements, outline submittals, and coordinate the activities of a project team is essential. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure are essential. Strong technical writing and editing skills are required. Must be an expert in the MS Office software. Must be fluent in English; fluency in Spanish desired.
