THE COMPANY A major manufacturer of security systems is recruiting for a Technical Services Representative. This assignment is based in their Bellevue Washington Marketing center.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Technical Support Rep for audio and video intercom systems. Answer system design, wiring, and troubleshooting calls on name brand products. Configure systems and wiring diagrams. Fast-paced, taking in bound phone calls and entering into database simultaneously.
Full training provided. 8:00 AM to 4:00PM shift.

Proficiencies
Candidate should be proficient in, but not limited to; Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio. Also, knowledge of computer databases and PC systems such as C2 (CRM package), IBS (corporate infrastructure).

Candidate should have an aptitude to understand technical matters and be able to learn technical information from reading manuals. Knowledge of electronics is highly beneficial.

Candidate must be able to work within a team, have a positive attitude and have exceptional written and oral communication skills.
