Telemarketing Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

To generate qualified sales leads for the Credit Union division as well as assist in sales/marketing activities necessary to generate sales revenue.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?Promote and sell GBS Products and Services through all facets of telemarketing, promotions, mass mailings and sales letters.

????????? Utilization of a computer with ACT software for documenting prospecting efforts and tracking client information.

????????? Utilize MS software programs for personal productivity on your computer.? The programs are used for telemarketing scripts, presentations and personal productivity.

????????? Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of the products you are promoting.? .

????????? Timely completion of all weekly and monthly telemarketing reports and activities.

????????? Must meet minimum assigned telemarketing and marketing activities and provide all requested activity reports to your manager.

????????? Read brochures and educational materials and attend system demonstrations in order to become intimately familiar with the various medical software products.

?QUALIFICATIONS (Kknowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)

?Effective verbal/written communication skills.? Ability to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with customers, partners, etc.Good organizational skills and follow-through.Knowledge of GBS product offerings.Company knowledge (history, internal functionality and product offerings).Good computer skills and knowledge of MS products.Telemarketing experience (knowledge of credit union industry preferred but not required).
