Description
As a PBX Operator at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital, you'll be joining a team dedicated to delivering the best possible healthcare for our patients, through safe, supportive practices. The best people, the best hospitals - they go together. Our Place
The PBX Operator opening is in our PBX Switchboards Division of the Facilities Management Department . The Facilities Management Department provides services to the entire Exempla Healthcare family. Its divisions include: Building Services, Equipment Services, Exterior Ground Maintenance, Design and Construction, Parking, PBX Switchboards, Photo ID, the Saint Christopher House, and Utilities Management. The PBX Switchboards Division manages all in-coming calls into the Exempla Healthcare network. Your Position
To fulfill this role as a PBX Operator, you'll provide quality telephone support by answering in-coming telephone calls on a multi-line telephone console, paging overhead per Exempla Healthcare Policies & Procedures, page staff on individual pagers, and monitor various alarms. Our Requirements
* High School diploma or GED
* Minimum : 1 year experience working as a telephone operator, receptionist, or in a professional business environment
* Preferred : Experience in a high-volume healthcare setting
* Minimum : Beginning level computer skills
* Preferred : Experience with multi-line or PBX system (or equivalent)
