Kelly Services has an immediate opening in Reno for an OEM Operations Service Support Analyst. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity that has phenomenal career potential.

 

Job responsibilities will include:

 

~ Working directly with senior level management and internal/external customers exercising excellent discretion in handling confidential information

~ Communicating clearly via email and telephone to effectively resolve issues/queries

~ Accessing and data gathering, compiling of metrics

~ Providing direct customer support and assembling various ad hoc reporting requests and presentation materials

~ Service request entry support

~ Data anomaly detection and troubleshooting while providing regular status reports related to assigned projects

~ Working with the data center operations groups to provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting

~ Program documentation: maintenance, posting, distribution (process/flow charts, policy and procedure manuals, document/process creation)

~ Program SharePoint sites (securities/permissions, site uniformity, back-up site code)

~ Meeting support (travel logistics, coordination, event planning; reporting preparation; after action issues/system entries, documentation of notes)

~ Additional analyst duties as assigned by Operations Manager

 

Qualifications required include:

 

~ Possess strong communication (verbal and written) skills demonstrated by presenting information effectively and persuasively across communication settings

~ One to three years experience in related field

~ Associate?s/Bachelor?s Degree recommended in Business or equivalent field

~ Possess clear understanding of escalation path and ability to decipher situations and work through the proper chain of command

~ Ability to deliver, remain composed under extremely compressed timeline

~ Self-starter, team player, and quick learner

~ Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision/direction and have excellent time management, organization and attention-to-detail skills

~ Proficient to expert level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

~ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
