You may?contact the Greensburg Adecco office at 724-834-2520.? ?The Sr. Customer Care Processor is responsible for processing clerical tasks associated with inquiry response, order entry, order status, contract review, and invoicing.? The Sr. Processor also supports Customer Care Representatives in the order fulfillment process to achieve superior customer satisfaction.?Specific duties include: Inquiry entry into on-line systemData retrieval?for order statusProcessing billing documentsGenerating?customer reports using SAPOrder entry for fill-up and stock replenishmentsProcessing requests for recertificationsFilingFinal audit checks for customer purchase ordersData entry for invoice creation?Other general clerical duties as needed.


High school diploma required.? Prior experience working in an office setting would be helpful.? The Sr. Proceessor must have good math and computer skills (experience with MS OFfice and/or SAP a plus), attention to detail, and filing ability.? Successful candidate must also have good communication skills and thrive in a team environment.
