·May obtain purchase orders from customers.
·May service customer/sales representative requests for literature.
·May assist in contract administration.
·May assist in the resolution of invoice questions from customers.
·May enter and receive on-line orders.
·May process delivered goods.
·May schedule or assist in scheduling surgeries and take surgery information from customers and independent contractors.
·May maintain instrument set records on internal systems.
·May assist in Inventory Audit Preparation and Reconciliation process.
·Functions as on-call contact when required (carry beeper).
·May coordinate delivery schedules of driver.
·May partner with Credit/Collections to resolve receivable issues.

Education and Experience:
High school educationMinimum one-year inventory/ shipping experience or one year general office or customer service experience preferred.

Other Skills required:
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
·Basic Computer Skills employed while learning DePuy specific software.
·Ability to utilize written and oral communication skills to meet territory goals and objectives.
·Ability to utilize DePuy specific software to meet territory goals and objectives.
·Ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel to accomplish job duties.
