Carrier Corporation has an opening for an experienced HVAC Commercial Service Manager for our Pompano, FL Commercial Service office. This position has profit & loss responsibility for an HVAC service multi-million dollar sales budget. Responsibilities include leading a team of service account managers, service supervisors, technicians and support staff to meet the territory's business objectives. Products and services include Repair Service, Maintenance Contracts, as well as innovative customer solutions.

Excellent communication, financial acumen, business development and management skills are critical. The ideal candidate will have experience managing an HVAC Commercial service operation and will have knowledge of HVAC products.


BA/BS degree with 6-10+ years experience.
MA/MS degree with 4-7+ years experience.


6+ years HVAC commercial service experience required.
