Test Administrator - Part-Time

Promissor, a Pearson VUE Business is seeking a part-time Test Administrator for their Oakland, CA location. The Test Administrator delivers computer based exams to ensure that all qualified candidates are able to take the appropriate exam and have a positive testing experience. Maintains security of examinations and supplements by ensuring correct candidate is at correct computer for correct test as well as monitoring operation of surveillance equipment, conducting walkthroughs during exams, taking inventory of supplements and locking up scratch paper and score paper. Communicates regularly with Lead Test Administrator, reviews and reads all TCO (Test Center Operation) correspondence regularly to maintain compliance of all procedure/testing updates and promptly communicates candidate and facility issues to Lead Test Administrator. Administers exams as scheduled and in accordance with Promissor procedures and guidelines. Perform computer hardware and software updates as required and communicate with Help Desk when needed. Performs essential functions of Lead Administrator during times of absence.

Must have:
Ability to maintain working knowledge of Promissor testing software and hardware in order to report problems, make updates and follow directions to fix equipment
Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
Basic Computer Skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong work ethic and ability to be flexible in work schedule

High School diploma or equivalent. Customer Service Experience
