Title Clerk / Administrative Support

Responsibilities Include:

? Data Entry

? Maintaining customer files

? Organize and track incoming and outgoing packages

? Interact and support clients and their customers on the phone

? Interact and obtain mission critical data from vendors on the phone

? Assist and communicate information between departments 

? Prepare and complete client packages

? Title work 

Qualifications:

? Ability to handle confidential information

? Highly organized, strong time management with the ability to prioritize

? Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain professional attitude in dealing with a variety of people

? Ability to accomplish organizational goals and deadlines

? PC proficiency and knowledge of word, excel and outlook

? Automotive office experience a plus
