The Title Insurance Processor II assists the Settlement/Closing Agent in the preparation, review, and verification of all documentation necessary for the closing transaction.  This position is also responsible for handling the disbursal of checks and other financial documentation related to the closing transaction.


Schedule closings with parties involved in transaction


Acts as a liaison for Settlement/Closing Agent with other departments and customers (internal and external)


Review closing documents for accuracy (pre-closing and post-closing)


Ensure accurate and timely disbursal of checks (funds) related to closings/transactions


Identify underwriting concerns and notify closer and/or appropriate parties concerned according to established company guidelines

 

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/experience

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate?s degree or equivalent combination of education / experience preferred


Minimum one (1) year previous experience in pre- and post-closing procedures required
