Qualifications :
Seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with prior experience. This Queens firm is expanding and is looking for someone with extensive experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing 60 wpm. Qualified candidates must possess strong communication skills dealing with top level executives in other firms. Must be able to prioritize CEO's schedule and handle all of the administrative duties in relation to contracting and blueprints.
