Shiseido Cosmetics, a global leader in skincare and cosmetics, is looking for a Traffic Coordinator in our Oakland, NJ office. 

 

 

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

 Ensure domestic shipments are shipping correctly and on a timely basis according to the customer?s routing guidelinesRead and interpret all routing guides; copy and distributeReview routing guides monthly online or solicit from customersMaintain active routing files and miscellaneous shipping informationObtain proper authorization for specific shipmentsMaintain all bill of lading and shipment files and associated documentationPrint bills of lading and manifests; organize and distributeIssue daily shipping schedulesResearch claims, charge backs, and violationsAudit and code domestic freight billsVerify harmonized codes and duty percentages for freightMaintain/update monthly savings and air prepaid logsResearch problem invoicesMaintain a professional working relationship with other departments

 

Qualifications:

 3-5 years domestic and international Traffic experience High School DiplomaWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows 95/98/2000/NT, Microsoft Explorer, Outlook, and OfficeProficient in AS400 computer use
