Training Administrator

The Training Administrator is responsible for all of the logistics for department custom offerings, while working closely with the Development Lead. Work with all external partners to manage the successful delivery of all programs. Report on project progress, issues & obtains management concurrence for any deviations. Candidate will be responsible for messaging new programs to various populations throughout company(individual contributors, managers and directors). Included in this role will be a close alignment to the OD office to provide insight and execute against course enrollments. Forecasting out demand, presenting updates at manager meetings and close interaction with the team and HR will be required.

 

Manage the coordination of all logistics for the rollout of non-open enrollment programs. This includes scheduling participants, reporting, ensuring proper room setup and materials, updates training schedules.

 

This is a long term contract opportunity. Looking for someone with previous training administration/event planning experience
