Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator will assist the GE Energy Learning Center?s Leadership & Professional Development team in the day-to-day tasks associated with it?s course offerings. Currently this is scheduled to be a one-year contract.

The role of the Training Coordinator is to complete all of the necessary pre and post course activities associated with each course offering. The pre and post course activities include, but are not limited to:

-securing conference rooms and making appropriate arrangements
-scheduling instructors to facilitate training (nationally)
-ordering, shipping and maintenance of training materials
-expedite internal billing to clients
-produce certificates
-compiling post course evaluations.

-demonstrated flexibility, experience working in an environment with ever changing priorities
-project management skills
-comfortable with technology, ability to quickly learn new software programs
-self starter, independent and resourceful
-extremely organized
-tenacious
-intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skill

7:30 a.m. ? 4:00 p.m.
