Treatment Coordinator/Bookkeeper
Dental office in Boulder is currently hiring a Treatment Coordinator/Bookkeeper. Experience with dental software preferred but not necessary.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Explain insurance coverage for proposed treatment.
Review patient accounts in computer for accuracy of insurance, contact information and completed treatment plans.
Prepare treatment plans and estimates.
Answer calls and schedule patient appointments.
Organize supporting materials for claims such as x-rays or written narratives.
Manage recall system - Prepare and send out recall notices.
Confirm appointments
Prepare and send out new patient welcome packets.
You must be organized, responsible and friendly.
Offering a Mon-Thurs work schedule.
Familiarity with Quick Books software is a plus.
Dental Billing insurance experience preferred
AR, AP, bank statement, balance sheet experience.
