This position is responsible for auditing and reconciling accounting and banking transactions of some of the bank's largest trust account clients using an internal accounting system software program.
Involves frequent customer contact and must maintain an exceptional level of quality and customer service standards for high profile complex accounts.
Ensures daily and monthly operational procedures are followed: packaging and bundling official reports and preparing official reconcilements for clients.
Researches savings balances, reconciles daily deposits and incoming/outgoing wires, and assists clients by identifying and researching discrepancies on daily transactions.
Ensures all service agreements are completed within the required time frames.


One year of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
One year of customer service experience in a professional business environment
10-key by touch
PC literate
High School Diploma, or GED
