This is a 2-month contract position and the pay for this position is based on a competitive market rate and interested candidates will submit their pay expectations.

Function:

Administrators are members of a service team that combines broad market knowledge and specific product expertise to meet the needs of each client and each financing. 

 

An administrator?s primary functions are to ensure that 1) cash flows and payments are executed both timely and in accordance with the deal documents and that 2) all other requirements monitored by the trustee are fulfilled.

 

They are expected to manage a close relationship with their clients and assist with identifying opportunities for new business.  They work closely with the other members of the team to participate in closings of new financings, to ensure that fiduciary responsibilities are met, and to achieve unparalleled client satisfaction.  All members participate in ongoing reengineering and technology efforts by assisting in the redesigning of business processes and workflows.  The service team ensures quality product delivery and excellent service for our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

? Participate in the closing process for new deals, including the review and commenting of deal documentation.

? Open and/or close accounts as appropriate

? Process daily transactions including calculation of payments, facilitating cash flows and investing funds

? Identify and set up tickler requirements

? Monitor client covenants

? Manage client relationships by actively calling on them and responding to client inquiries or requests

? Identify new business opportunities with existing clients

? Review contractual agreements to ensure deal compliance

? Strictly adhere to policies and procedures

? Participate in ad hoc projects and activities
